Our 25th Anniversary Young Children’s Art Exhibit will be showcasing art from Pre-K, TK, K and First Grade students from around California, Vermont, Washington State and the United Kingdom.
Class murals, collages, class quilts, masks, paintings, drawings, prints, mobiles, stitchery, sculptures, puppets and more are accepted.
Reminder: The art pieces need to reflect a maximum contribution by the child and minimum adult modeling and involvement. Dittoes are not accepted.
What to do:
- We accept artwork submissions up to Wednesday, January 8, 2014.
- The 2014 Information Sheet needs to accompany each class project.
- If you are submitting multiple projects, reproduce the form and attach it to each project you submit.
- Mail projects to: Pat Rees-Miller, 10 Bella Vista, Belvedere, CA 94920 OR call the CKA office at (916)780-5331 for the name and email of an Art Rep in your area.
Art Contributors and Area Art Reps will be publicly recognized at the Friday evening Art Exhibit Reception on January 17th, the Saturday morning General Session and the Sunday CKA Annual Meeting at 12:15 p.m. Their names will be entered in a raffle for a free conference registration!
