CKA Professional Development
Workshop
Granite Bay - November 15th!
The next in our series of
professional development workshops will be taking place in Granite Bay on
Saturday, November 15th. Featuring Heidi Butkus, Common Core Tools, Tips & Tricks
for TK, K and 1st Grade will cover everything from language
arts, math, writing and more! You can also earn up to three graduate-level
semester units by attending the wokshop.

CKA Awards
Audrey Sanchez
Teacher Enhancement Award (ASTEA) -In honor of Audrey Sanchez, a founding
board member of CKA. CKA offers this award to an early childhood educator who teaches in the spirit
in which Audrey has inspired of talent, leadership and dedication.
Judith Brown
Administrator Recognition Award - In honor of Judy
Brown, the conference founder and first president of CKA. JBAR is
awarded to an administrator who encourages developmentally-appropriate early
childhood education.
